Declaratory reserve and binding nature

Registrations are booked with KrookMedia either by phone or in writing. Krook Media will send a written confirmation for each booking, after which the booking is binding for the customer.

Cancellations

Cancellation must be made at least two weeks before the publication date. Cancellations made after the deadline will be charged 50% of the price of the advertisement. If no material is supplied for the advertisement reserved and it is not cancelled, 80% of the price of the advertisement will be charged.

Force Majeure

The journal’s responsibility for the publication of advertisements is limited to a case-by-case review of the advertisement price or republication of the advertisement.

Complaints

Comments and complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of publication of the notice.
