In Finland, the number of participants has increased by up to 50% per year in recent years, and there are already over 100,000 padel enthusiasts. The development of facilities has enabled the sport’s rapid growth, with 1,086 padel courts currently in Finland.
Padel is suitable for people of all ages, from juniors to seniors, offering not only fitness benefits but also tactical and technical challenges for both recreational and competitive players.

One of padel’s hallmarks is the long rallies, which bring joy to the game. In Finland, padel is mainly played at a recreational level, and there are fewer than 3,000 licensed players. The media coverage of padel is exceptional for a new sport, with platforms like Viaplay broadcasting the World Padel Tour live.
